Ever since I can remember, I’ve been captivated by beautiful spaces. As a little girl, I’d spend hours rearranging my bedroom, helping teachers make their classrooms more inviting, and tuning in to every HGTV show I could find. Even my dollhouses weren’t safe from my love of interior design — I’d wallpaper the tiny rooms with scraps of construction paper and craft new bedding from leftover fabric.

But something changed in high school when I drew closer to Christ. Suddenly, decorating wasn’t just about showcasing my personality or following the latest trends. It became something deeper: an opportunity to make any space — a bedroom, an office, even a tiny dorm room — reflect the presence and beauty of God.

I’ve learned that our surroundings shape our hearts. A space that feels peaceful, warm, and beautiful can be a subtle yet powerful witness to the faith that inspires it. In many ways, your home or office can become a quiet evangelization tool — inviting guests, co-workers, and even delivery drivers to encounter a glimpse of the divine.

1. Start with Sacred Reminders
