Pietra Fitness is a Christian exercise program that combines physical exercises with prayer and meditation, drawing inspiration from Catholic traditions. It aims to strengthen the body, mind, and soul by integrating stretching and strengthening exercises with Christian prayer, meditation, and scripture readings. The program is designed to promote physical fitness, mental clarity, and spiritual growth. All are welcome!
