“I have B-blood. According to Versiti Blood Center of Ohio, less than 2% of people living in the US have this blood type. If needed, people with my blood type can only receive B- or O- blood. That is why I am a regular blood donor.”
— Steve Morris, business manager at St. Charles Borromeo Campus
Every two seconds, someone entering the hospital needs blood. One pint of donated whole blood can save up to three lives! Please consider becoming a regular blood donor.
On-site blood donations can be made at St. Charles campus on October 11 or at Ascension campus on December 6. Most people 17 and older can donate blood.
