XLT - Exalt: An Evening of Prayer and Worship

All are invited to an XLT, short for "Exalt" at our St. Charles Campus on Sunday, Oct. 19th at 5:30 PM.

Typically at an Exalt, there is Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament with both silent prayer and praise and worship songs. Confession will be available throughout the Exalt as well as healing prayer teams at 7:00 PM.

Why go to an Exalt?

Experience a heart-to-heart encounter with Jesus.  When we stand before the Blessed Sacrament, we are not merely looking at a symbol; we are adoring the Real Presence of Christ, the very Source of our life. Eucharistic adoration is the natural outflow of the Mass, a living “thanksgiving and worship” that deepens our gratitude and draws us into the foretaste of heavenly liturgy. By reverently kneeling before the reserved Host, we honor the mystery that “the Son of God comes to meet us and desires to become one with us”, allowing His self‑gift to transform our hearts with faith, hope, and charity.

In the quiet of adoration we hear Christ’s love spoken anew: “When you look at the Sacred Host, you understand how much Jesus loves you now”. This intimate worship strengthens the bond between the celebration of the Eucharist and our daily lives, fostering a deeper communion that “prolongs and intensifies all that takes place during the liturgical celebration”.

Join us in this timeless practice, praised by saints and popes alike, to receive strength, consolation, and the “infinite love” of Christ present under the species.  Let the silence, the reverent posture, and the heartfelt praise lift you into a personal encounter with the Lord, renewing your spirit for the world’s needs.

Come, adore, be transformed.
